No one near him in this game.

    1. I watched the geo guesser World Cup…he was the host. Some of the other competitors are even faster

    2. Rain bolt is a great geoguesser but not close to being the best at the game. They hold a world championship for geoguesser. Rain bolt usually only commentates. He’s a top 100 player in the world, not top 20

    3. Sometimes I watch people do crazy things and I think “yeah, I could never do that, but I can see *how* someone could do it with enough practice/talent.” But I literally cannot understand how these guys do this. *How*? How can you find a single house using only a utility pole?

    4. Of course it’s Rainbolt. Dude can identify a hue of blue in an open sky and be able to narrow it down to a village in Ghana.

    5. Population of Poland is ~36 million, so how 36 million of poles are supposed to live in Japan?

    6. Did he do that with permission or is this just a joke on his mad skills? Cuz I doubt Rainbolt would dox someone intentionally.

    7. I was able to cyberstalk one of my favorite YouTubers when they gave a house tour and could compare their house and neighbors’ to Google Maps. They also mentioned the small town they lived in. I was 11 or 12 when I did this and too young to really know that this was creepy.

I found him too to be fair.

He lives right beside that pole that has the big red ring around it.

    9. I hope these guys use their ability on the site to help abducted children by identifying rooms and places.

How, I mean..it´s astonishing that they don´t work for a national spy service somewhere

I get that we’re geared for pattern recognition, but at what point can we suggest that these people might have low grade ESP

    12. Yeah this is the most ridiculous and impressive thing I have and will ever see. Geoguesser shit is just insane.

    13. Very interesting from the post, 36 million poles in Japan is the same amount of poles in Poland!

I’m not trying to glazing rn, but you guys underestimate his abilities to just use browser, it’s not all about geoguessr at all, he uses specific sites, like he was using new york trees site where is literally every tree of new york marked on the map, you literally can’t imagine how niche things you can find overhere (not even in dark web btw). he definitely not the fastest geoguessr player, but it’s not about this game like I said, he do more other things to find places, geoguessr it’s just basic knowledge to start a search chain.

Is there a sub to submit for assistance locating geographical areas from images and details?

The ‘Tism is strong with Rainbolt! His videos are very interesting to watch and to see how he does go around finding a location.

    17. I recently “participated” in a treasure hunt. A very generous soul stashed about $20,000 in gold coins in a jar somewhere on public land. Every day the circle where the treasure could be shrunk a little bit and with the post of the new circle, he also had a webcam pointed at the treasure jar.

After it had been going on about a week and the circle had shrunk to about 70 miles, we picked a spot and headed out to take a look. Meanwhile, the treasure was found in a different location.

It was afterward, reading the comments from the winner and other searchers we realized we were playing a different game, these folks were determining probable locations based off of the suns reflection off of the jar, consulting satelitte photos for cloud coverage at various times of the day, checkcing cell phone coverage zones, etc. Fuck, we were just going to go walk around.

I feel like this man could have found the treasure in about ten minutes.
